I just wrote a post about how to make your time at home more enjoyable as we spend so much time at home these days. One of the tips was getting cute loungewear to wear at home to boost your mood. I recommended some loungewear sets and I could have just stuck to product photos I wanted to show pictures of myself actually wearing them. Show, don't tell, right? But putting my own selfies right below professionally photographed pictures of models took made me compare myself to the models. But I put my pictures in the post anyway! I have my moments of insecurity from time to time but I'm not letting them hold me back. While I'm trying to lose weight to be healthier, I don't want to hate my body. I was pretty fit up until 2019, but since the pandemic started I became increasingly out of shape. This is where I am at now. I get out of breath so easily and I can feel that my circulation is worse than before. I recently decided to turn things around and get fit again. I'm insecure about my overweight body so it took some courage to post my recent full body picture on here, but I want to share every step of my progress, including the very beginning.
